After Losing a Pregnancy
You want to grieve a pregnancy that almost nobody acknowledged, and stop pretending you are over something you still carry every single day.
You lost a pregnancy, and the world moved on faster than you did. Over 14 days, you'll make room for the grief that came with no funeral and no permission, for the due date you still count toward, and for the things people said while trying to help. It does not push you toward trying again, and it does not push you away from it. It stays with you in the part everyone expected you to be past by now.
Start this pathWhere it goes
This journey is for anyone who lost a pregnancy and found themselves grieving something the world moved past before they could. Over 14 days, you'll make room for what happened, what was said, what your body remembers, and what still surfaces now.
The approach
Somatic / Polyvagal
This journey centers on writing through a grief the body holds and the world didn't witness. It draws on expressive writing's core strength, naming what happened, and somatic attention to the physical aftermath of loss.
KindMind is an online journal with tools for self-discovery and growth. We draw on these approaches because they hold up well in self-guided work. This is not treatment, and it is not a substitute for working with a therapist or counselor when that is the right call.
Day by day
14 short sessions, in order. The guide walks each one with you and adapts it to what you bring.
