Building a Meditation Practice

You want to build a real, sustainable meditation practice that goes beyond occasional experiments and becomes part of how you live.

Learn to meditate from scratch and build a practice that actually sticks. Over 21 days, you'll move from your first sit to a sustainable routine, learning how to work with a wandering mind, sit with discomfort, and bring mindfulness into your everyday life.

Where it goes

This journey is for anyone who wants to start meditating but doesn't know where to begin, or who has tried before and watched the habit fall apart. Over three weeks, you'll learn how to sit, what to do when your mind wanders, and how to turn scattered attempts into something that lasts.

The approach

Mindfulness Meditation

This journey teaches the foundational skill of sitting with your own attention, noticing distraction and resistance without being derailed by them, which is exactly what mindfulness meditation trains.

KindMind is an online journal with tools for self-discovery and growth. We draw on these approaches because they hold up well in self-guided work. This is not treatment, and it is not a substitute for working with a therapist or counselor when that is the right call.

Day by day

21 short sessions, in order. The guide walks each one with you and adapts it to what you bring.
