Healing Codependent Patterns

You want to stop losing yourself in relationships, set boundaries without guilt, and care for others while keeping your own needs visible.

Recognize codependent patterns in your relationships and learn where caregiving ends and self-abandonment begins. You'll rebuild your sense of identity, set boundaries with the people you love most, and discover that taking care of yourself isn't selfish.

Where it goes

This journey is for anyone who feels like they disappear inside their closest relationships, giving endlessly while their own needs go silent. Over fourteen days, you'll untangle caregiving from self-abandonment and learn to show up for others without vanishing in the process.

The approach

IFS

The journey treats codependence as a system of internal parts (the caregiver, the abandoned self, the part that fears being alone) that need to be recognized, understood, and brought into balance rather than simply overridden.

KindMind is an online journal with tools for self-discovery and growth. We draw on these approaches because they hold up well in self-guided work. This is not treatment, and it is not a substitute for working with a therapist or counselor when that is the right call.
