Overcoming Fear of Public Speaking

You want to speak in front of others without the shaking voice, racing heart, and catastrophic thoughts making it unbearable.

Stop dreading the presentation, meeting, or speech that's been on your mind for weeks. Over 14 days, you'll understand where your stage fright actually comes from, learn to settle the physical panic your body reaches for before speaking, and build simple rehearsal habits that quiet the inner critic. Not about becoming a polished performer. About being able to say what you mean without your voice shaking.

Where it goes

This journey is for anyone who feels their body take over when it's time to speak in front of others. Over 14 days, you'll learn to work with the physical response, quiet the catastrophic predictions, and build rehearsal habits that actually reduce dread.

The approach

Somatic / Polyvagal + CBT

The journey tackles the physical panic response directly (somatic) while also addressing the distorted predictions about what the audience thinks and the catastrophic narratives that fuel the fear (CBT).

KindMind is an online journal with tools for self-discovery and growth. We draw on these approaches because they hold up well in self-guided work. This is not treatment, and it is not a substitute for working with a therapist or counselor when that is the right call.
